Job summary

Anthropologie Leeds is seeking a proactive Visual Merchandiser Lead to develop an inspiring store environment and drive sales through compelling VM and merchandising strategies. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Display teams to deliver on seasonal concepts, window schemes and product presentation with a focus on profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales through excellent visual presentations and strong business acumen.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and possess strong organizational skills.
• Can demonstrate the ability to identify barriers to frictionless customer service and implement creative solutions.
• Show willingness to pivot between tasking and sales, always prioritising the customer.
• Willingness to travel and be away from home store for periods to support new openings and projects.
• Retail management experience with creative interests in fashion, art and music.

Responsibilities

• Interpret company direction and current fashion trends to deliver creative VM solutions that are market specific and support sales.
• Lead and collaborate with the Store Manager, Display Coordinators and other coordinators for innovative project execution.
• Manage seasonal displays and merchandising concepts with strong time management and planning.
• Implement VM initiatives, window schemes, and styling directions to a high standard.
• Share inspiration and information from Head Office during meetings and through communications.
• Coach team on merchandise placement, promotions, and use of company reports to drive sales.
• Ensure smooth shipment processing and prompt replenishment of the sales floor.
• Uphold store profitability awareness and use reports to react to trends.
