Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales through excellent visual presentations and strong business acumen.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and manage multiple priorities.
• Retail management experience with creative interests or background in fashion/art/music.

Responsibilities

• Interprets company direction and fashion trends to deliver VM solutions aligned with market needs.
• Lead and collaborate with store manager and display coordinator to execute innovative concepts.
• Proactively manage seasonal display concepts with planning, mapping, and timely completion.
• Communicate seasonal setups through photo layouts and quarterly submissions.
• Implement VM initiatives, window schemes and styling in line with guidelines.
