Job summary

Anthropologie Europe is seeking a Store Visual Merchandising Lead in Leeds to drive in-store VM and sales, working closely with the Store Manager and Head Office team. You will guide seasonal displays, ensure high standards of presentation, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong visual sense, leadership ability, and willingness to travel for new openings and project support within the UK market. A passion for fashion, art and music is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales through excellent visual presentations and strong business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify barriers to frictionless customer service and implement creative solutions.
• Willingness to travel and support new store openings and projects.
• Retail management experience with creative interests in fashion, art or music.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute visual merchandising (VM) initiatives to drive sales and reflect brand direction.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, Display Coordinators and creative teams to deliver timely VM projects.
• Manage seasonal display planning, bubble mapping, and on‑time execution while maximizing profitability.
• Coach and develop store teams on merchandising standards, promotions and stock handling.
• Maintain safe, organized shop floors and coordinate with teams during store openings and events.
• Attend daily briefings and communicate Head Office inspiration to the store team.
