URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Display Coordinator in London to create innovative window and in-store displays at Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

You will interpret company direction, manage materials and budgets, and collaborate with Visual Coordinators, Managers and store teams to deliver high-impact displays that resonate with customers. You will lead the craft, mentor teams, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to seasonal setups across stores, driving engaging environments

Qualifications

• Experience in working in the art and design field.
• Strong artistic background with understanding of multiple mediums.
• Ability to translate creative ideas into solutions.
• A professional portfolio should be submitted if applicable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Display: interpret direction to create artistic, visionary environments that boost sales.
• Manage and maintain display areas, including recycled materials, with safety and longevity in mind.
• Budget management for display projects and coding payments.
• Lead and communicate plans through visual presentations to store teams.
• Mentor retail teams on display standards and materials handling.
• Collaborate with store teams to support sales targets through compelling visuals.
