Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive Visual Merchandiser to lead the execution of all in-store visual projects. You will deliver customer experiences that are inspiring, dynamic and entertaining, coordinating with the head office creative team and store manager to implement seasonal layouts and displays across the district.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales through excellent visual presentations and strong business acumen.
• Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and its local appeal.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and strong organisational skills.
• Project and time management experience.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home store for periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of all in-store visual projects to deliver inspiring, dynamic customer experiences.
• Collaborate with the display coordinator to deliver seasonal layouts and schemes.
• Guide and coach team members on merchandising placement, standards and promotions.
• Plan and map seasonal displays with timely completion and clean execution.
• Communicate seasonal set-ups and trends to store teams through meetings and boards.
