Job summary

SKIMS in Greater London is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Product to partner with the Store Leader, ensuring operational excellence, driving business results, and bringing the product to life through elevated merchandising and meaningful customer experiences.

You will own all visual merchandising execution, product flow, and day-to-day leadership on the sales floor, coaching Team Members on styling, product knowledge, and customer service to elevate every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail leadership with focus on visual merchandising, styling, or customer experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales through merchandising decisions and floor leadership.
• Strong visual merchandising skills to create impactful store displays.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate visual merchandising strategy and product displays.
• Lead floor layout, product storytelling, and cadence of merchandising updates.
• Drive results through merchandising decisions using store reporting.
• Maintain floor standards and ensure replenishment and size integrity.
• Lead and train Team Members on visual best practices and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with HQ VM and allocation partners on assortment feedback.
• Support product moves, floor sets, and campaign launches.
• Coach selling behaviors and connect features to customer needs.
• Oversee display inventory and keep tools up to date.
• Ensure peak-time floor presence and guest-focused service.
