Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a confident Keyholder for our Regent Street store in London. You will lead from the floor, deliver exceptional customer service, coach Stylists, and ensure smooth opening and closing operations.

You will oversee stock and visual merchandising, support the store management team, and foster a positive, inclusive, high‑performing environment. This is a full‑time role with generous benefits and a focus on brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values
• Acting as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs
• Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures
• Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties
• Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times
• Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience
• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment
