Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Keyholder at our Regent Street store in London to bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor.

You’ll lead by example, support the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly during your shifts, including opening and closing when management isn’t present. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, coach stylists, drive sales targets, oversee stock and merchandising, and uphold high brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a shop floor team.
• Ownership mindset to keep store operations smooth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front.
• Act as a role model and motivate the Stylists to hit KPIs.
• Oversee store operations during key hours, including opening/closing.
• Support store management with daily tasks and floor leadership.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Coach team on product knowledge and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing team environment.
