Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Reading, United Kingdom, is seeking a part-time Keyholder to bring the Levi's brand to life on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, support the team, and ensure smooth store operations during your shifts, including opening and closing when management isn't present. You will deliver exceptional customer service, coach Stylists, maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with deliveries and stock, and help create a positive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with KPI targets and sales responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by modelling Levi's values.
• Coach team members on product knowledge and styling.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening/closing.
• Support store management with daily tasks and floor leadership.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organization, and stockroom upkeep.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing team environment.
