Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Keyholder to bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor. You will lead by example, support the team, and ensure smooth store operations during your shifts, including opening and closing when management is unavailable.

You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, coach colleagues on product knowledge and styling, manage stock and visual presentation, and contribute to achieving store KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and upholding brand values.
• Lead, motivate, and coach Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Oversee store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
