Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help drive the commercial success of the Regent Street store in London. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, deliver strong results, and ensure smooth store operations, stepping up when required.

You will coach the team, maintain product knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding brand values and standards. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast paced retail environment.
• Track record of driving KPIs and sales targets.
• Experience managing stock, payroll, rotas, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPIs, and profit opportunities.
• Driving daily and weekly performance through clear targets, floor leadership, and commercial focus.
• Monitoring KPIs and team performance, running reports, and supporting action plans to improve results.
• Taking ownership of store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative tasks.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the team through training, feedback, and strong product knowledge.
• Acting as a role model on the shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living our brand values.
• Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and store standards at all times.
• Taking full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence.
