Job description

Our Role

We are looking for a resourceful and imaginative Visual Manager to maintain and implement the retail visual merchandising strategy in store, ensuring consistent visual merchandising excellence that aligns with our brand integrity.

You will passionately bring our PRIDE values to life by training the team on maintaining TWC standards and overseeing regular changes to in-store and window displays to keep a fresh, visually exciting look that is consistent with the brand image.

Please note, you will have access to the premises and may be required to work early morning shifts to assist with product placement following deliveries. Occasionally, overnight work may be required when appropriate.

What you'll be doing
  1. Training store teams on how to maintain TWC standards.
  2. Overseeing changes to in-store and window displays regularly to maintain a fresh and visually appealing look, ensuring brand consistency.
  3. Liaising with the Area VM to obtain visual objectives and company direction.
  4. Conducting daily walkthroughs with the Store Management Team to discuss required changes based on sales figures, coordinating with the Area VM to confirm presentation standards.
