• Visual Merchandising ownership of the store presentation and standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help customers find products.
• Lead by example, set shift tone, ensure brand standards and smooth operations.
• Support store KPIs, sales growth, profitability, and results.
• Maintain store standards from stock replenishment to health and safety.
• Share and shape ideas with team and partners across the business.
• Oversee daily operations, opening/closing, and key holder duties.
• Assist with new product launches, floor set moves, and audits.
