Victoria’s Secret UK & IRE is seeking a Team Leader for our Brighton store. You’ll drive exceptional customer experiences, lead a friendly team and ensure brand standards are upheld across merchandising, stock, and store operations.

You’ll help achieve store KPIs, lead by example, and deliver personalised service during busy shifts. If you’re passionate about retail, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and product knowledge.
• Ability to motivate staff and manage store operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: deliver exceptional service from product selection to purchase at till.
• Brand Bra Experience: provide expert bra fitting advice and size recommendations.
• Visual Merchandising: own merchandising and product presentation.
• Lead by example: energise team, ensure shifts run smoothly and maintain brand standards.
• Store targets: support management to achieve KPIs on sales and profitability.
• Store Standards: manage deliveries, stock replenishment and safety procedures.
• Store Operations: perform opening/closing duties and key holder responsibilities.
• Execute new product launches and floor moves with trained staff.
