Victoria’s Secret UK & IRE, a joint venture with Next plc, is seeking a Store Manager in Milton Keynes to drive store performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead a team, uphold brand standards, and own day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach and inspire your team, focus on profitability, and ensure compliance with health & safety policies. Strong collaboration with store partners and a passion for retail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Model brand values and foster inclusive, positive working atmosphere.
• Prioritise customer needs and personalise the shopping experience.
• Own store operations including P&L, staffing, scheduling, payroll, stock.
• Ensure visual standards are executed with support from the Visual Team.
• Foster idea-sharing and open communication with store partners.
• Keep store compliant, manage product launches and stock counts, health & safety.
