You will welcome visitors, handle ticket sales and retail activities, promote Gift Aid, and support interactive experiences across exhibitions and the Royal Marines Experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, with retail or sales experience desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety and security requirements, with willingness to learn.

• Handle ticket sales and retail support, welcoming visitors.
• Promote Gift Aid and guidebooks to meet weekly conversion targets.
