Job summary

Firstsite is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Visitor Experience Manager to shape and deliver our Visitor Experience operation, helping us create an outstanding experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how visitors experience our building, exhibitions and programme – making sure people feel welcomed, engaged and inspired, while also ensuring our visitor-facing operation is efficient, well organised and commercially effective.

Firstsite is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Visitor Experience Manager to shape and deliver our Visitor Experience operation, helping us create an outstanding experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how visitors experience our building, exhibitions and programme – making sure people feel welcomed, engaged and inspired, while also ensuring our visitor-facing operation is efficient, well organised and commercially effective.

You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team that genuinely cares about what we do and shares our vision of Making art matter. You’ll help develop a positive culture and high standards across our Visitor Experience team and volunteers, ensuring people feel supported and empowered to deliver consistently excellent experiences.

You’ll also have the opportunity to develop creative visitor activations and engagement initiatives, helping us find new ways to encourage people to explore, participate and connect with what Firstsite has to offer.
