Guinness Open Gate Brewery London is seeking a proactive Tour Guide to lead tours, tastings, and create memorable guest experiences at Covent Garden. The role involves evenings and weekends, interacting with trade representatives, the public and the beer community. You will embody the Guinness spirit and host events to showcase the brewery portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Memorise and deliver scripted tours, tastings, and experiences with high customer satisfaction.
• Embody the Guinness spirit and share this passion with guests.
• Host events and trainings to bring the beer portfolio to life.
• Deliver brewery tours for VIPs, trade guests and consumers.
• Engage beer drinkers and build genuine connections.
• Utilise social media to showcase regional brand activity and connect with the beer community.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing for brand inductions & innovation presentations.
• Support stakeholders in commercial planning around Diageo beer goals.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth for Diageo beer brands.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines on site and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Submit T&E claims in a timely and compliant manner.
