Job summary

ATG Entertainment Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to welcome guests, scan tickets, serve drinks, and sell merchandise in our venue. Evening and weekend availability is essential, with care for customers and vulnerable groups.

You will work closely with Managers and Supervisors on shift to ensure high standards of service, safety, and sales while helping guests enjoy a memorable experience in a dynamic theatre environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell products and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and on a venue floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet audience members and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Assist with ticket scanning and bar service as needed.
• Promote and sell food, beverages, merchandise, and programmes.
• Maintain cash handling and stock in line with procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and customer-service targets.
