Job summary

Dulwich College is seeking an enthusiastic Drum and Percussion Teacher to join the Music Department as a Visiting Music Teacher. The role involves teaching one and a half days each week, with availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and supporting after-school Rock and Pop Project ensembles.

We currently have over 70 students learning drum kit and percussion from Years 3–13. Demonstrated passion for inspiring young musicians and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching drum and percussion in a school setting.
• Ability to engage and inspire young musicians.
• DBS check and safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Teach one and a half days per week.
• Offer after-school tutoring for Rock and Pop Project ensembles.
• Coordinate with Music Department and Director of Music.
