Southern Water is recruiting a Virtual Inspector (Customer & Compliance) in Falmer or Durrington, hybrid. You will use video, imagery and AI to analyse customer calls, identify issues and swiftly determine the best next action for speedy resolutions.

You'll bring technical experience in water networks, preferably from a Network Service Inspector role, and comfort with coordinating third‑party repairs and raising work orders in our contact centre systems. We value diversity and ambition.

Qualifications

• Experience in the water industry and customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of water supply networks is preferred.
• Technical background in network inspection is advantageous.
