Odyssey Dining is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate to join our London team. The role coordinates between our client services and kitchen, handling high-touch concierge requests and sourcing items in-line with operational needs.

You will act as the voice of Odyssey for UK clients and support Paris and Miami as needed, while maintaining high standards of quality and service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in fast-paced environments such as kitchens, food production or hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sourcing and purchasing across London to meet kitchen and client requirements.
• Act as the operational link between clients, kitchen and drivers to ensure clear communication and timely orders.
• Translate client needs into actionable briefs for the kitchen team.
• Support day-to-day service operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage last-minute changes.
