Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate to join our London-based team, coordinating between client services and the kitchen to fulfill high-touch requests for VIP clients. The role requires sourcing rare items, managing last-minute purchases, and ensuring flawless execution while frequently engaging with chefs and logistics partners.

Based in London, you will spend substantial time out of the office, sourcing items and coordinating with suppliers, drivers, and the kitchen to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments such as kitchens, food production, or hospitality.
• Ability to source items and coordinate with suppliers.
• Willingness to travel and work outside office.
• Strong communication in English and clear brief translation to kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sourcing across London from specialists and stores.
• Act as the link between clients, kitchen and drivers for order execution.
• Translate client needs into actionable briefs for the kitchen team.
• Support day-to-day service operations and manage last-minute changes.
• Spend significant time outside the office sourcing items and running errands.
• Make quick sourcing decisions when items are unavailable or timelines tighten.
• Collaborate with chefs to understand ingredients and kitchen constraints.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics for timely dispatch and handovers.
• Maintain high attention to detail from quote through final delivery.
