Job summary
Legends Global is seeking a Premium Service Associate to join Olympia's premium hospitality team in London. You will deliver attentive food and beverage service across VIP lounges, suites and events, ensuring guests receive a professional and personalised experience from arrival to departure.
The role is casual with shifts varying around live events; flexibility to work evenings, weekends and major events is essential.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service within premium hospitality environments.
- Provide a warm, professional and personalised experience for guests.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens and service standards.
- Ensure hospitality areas are presented to the highest standards before, during and after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
- Respond to guest requests confidently and professionally.
- Follow all food safety, health & safety and company procedures.
- Represent Legends and Olympia with professionalism at every event.
