Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a friendly and seasoned Host to welcome members and guests, manage seating and assist the floor team to ensure smooth operations. You will sit guests, handle bookings, and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires 2–3 years’ relevant experience in fast-paced settings, a hospitable demeanor, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Training and team events are provided to support growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar host/guest-facing role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Hospitality-focused, approachable and respectful to guests and colleagues.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat members and guests with warmth and hospitality.
• Manage the Opera/OpenTable booking system to seat guests according to bookings.
• Support the floor team and prepare tables for next bookings.
• Respond to guest inquiries and address concerns promptly.
• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of menus to advise on food, drink, allergies and pairings.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism, especially with VIPs.
