Job summary

Soho House is seeking a friendly and proactive Host to join our front-of-house team in London. You will warmly greet members and guests, guide them to seating, and manage reservations using the Opera/OpenTable system.

You’ll support the floor team to ensure smooth seating and dining flow while delivering excellent hospitality. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in a similar role, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are flexible to weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members and guests warmly.
• Manage the Opera/OpenTable booking system to seat guests per reservations.
• Support floor team to prepare tables and maintain dining flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
