Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Guest Service Agent to assist guests with questions, arrange travel and bookings via telephone, email or central reservations. The role involves communicating with guests, processing reservations for spa and outlets, and coordinating with the front desk to ensure smooth arrivals.

The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy venue, be reliable and friendly, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a busy high-profile venue
• Good communication and a friendly, professional demeanour
• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Processes reservations for spa, restaurant, sales office and other hotel outlets
• Assists in answering member or guest queries via telephone or email
• Knows room types, locations and layouts
• Knows selling status, rates and benefits of all packages
• Communicates reservation information and special requests to the front desk
• Understands policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows and informs guests
• Prepares expected arrival lists for front office
• Updates member and guest profiles
• Willing to undertake any reasonable request from management
• Uphold discretion and professionalism with VIPs and PWKs
