Arch Insurance (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced End User Support specialist to provide comprehensive support for desktops and mobile devices in Manchester. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a strong customer service focus.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of End User Support experience, preferably with VIP management. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent technical experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in End User Support.
• Experience in supporting VIPs is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive support for deskside and mobile devices.
• Resolve IT-related problems and provide updates to users.
• Administer end user support functions, including desktop environments.
