You will leverage AI tools to research, qualify, reach out, and manage clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior service in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, finance, business development, or related field.
• Experience at an online brokerage, fintech, crypto company, wealth management firm, or financial-services business is desirable.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to take ambitious targets from day one and deliver measurable results.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones and leverage AI tools across workflows.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire and onboard new VIP and institutional customers across several regions, owning your targets and pipeline.
• Build trust and develop long-term relationships with global VIP and institutional clients.
• Identify and qualify high-potential prospects including HNWIs and professional traders.
• Maintain ongoing communication, understand client needs, and track activity and progress across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide optimal solutions and high-level service.
• Develop new client acquisition strategies using data-driven insights and market intelligence.
• Research markets, identify opportunities, and craft approaches to reach high-value prospects.
• Leverage AI tools across prospect research, outreach, CRM, data analysis and reporting.
