Qualifications

• 10+ years of institutional sales or BD in a high-growth financial environment.
• 3+ years of dedicated crypto institutional exposure in outbound sales.
• Strong network across hedge funds, banks, and asset managers.
• Fluency in English and ability to present to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard institutional prospects.
• Position the full Revolut X stack to clients and partners.
• Identify gaps in the market and collaborate with internal teams to develop offerings.
• Own the entire sales funnel from outreach to closing complex partnerships.
• Maintain high-touch relationships and gather feedback to drive product improvements.
• Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory movements to keep our value propositions leading.
