Rangeford Villages is seeking an Operations Manager for Homewood Grove to lead front of house F&B, events, and village services. You will drive a gold standard dining experience, recruit and develop teams, manage budgets and KPIs, and deputise for the Village Manager when needed.

You will work to ensure outstanding customer service for residents and visitors, maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere within the village community.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience in a busy frontline environment.
• Experience overseeing Food & Beverage and Village Services.
• Strong customer service ethos with ability to manage owners and visitors.

Responsabilités

• Oversee F&B front of house operations and Village Services team.
• Recruit, train and develop team members for relevant departments.
• Assist in rota scheduling, budget management and KPI reporting.
• deputise for Village Manager and handle urgent issues per procedures.
• Collaborate with restaurant team and Head Chef to plan events and standards.
