Job summary

Audley Villages in Ilkley is seeking a warm, customer-focused Receptionist to ensure the highest level of service for owners, their families and guests. The role concentrates on friendly front-desk interactions, taking reservations and handling enquiries with courtesy, while upholding Audley’s standards of hospitality across village facilities.

You will support the team with occasional events, help resolve guest issues promptly, delegate tasks where needed, and stay informed about local area

Qualifications

• Experience taking reservations and handling enquiries courteously.
• Ability to resolve complaints and issues effectively.
• Ability to delegate duties to junior colleagues.
• Be aware of all events planned and able to advise.
• Good working knowledge of the local area and facilities offsite.
• Be hands on with a flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns.
• Be punctual and promote team spirit.
