Job summary

Audley Villages in West Yorkshire is seeking a friendly Receptionist to deliver warm, attentive service to owners, visitors and colleagues. The role is customer-centered, involves managing reservations, handling enquiries and assisting with events at the village.

You will be expected to stay flexible with shift patterns on a 0-hour bank contract, maintain a professional, empathetic approach, and contribute to a supportive front-desk experience across Audley’s villages nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience taking reservations and handling business enquiries in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ability to effectively manage and help resolve complaints or issues.
• Ability to delegate duties to junior colleagues and develop them in their role.
• Be aware of all events planned and be able to advise accordingly.
• Good working knowledge of the local area and offsite facilities.
• Be flexible with daily duties and shift patterns; be punctual and team-spirited.
• Maintain warmth, professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
