Job summary

Bupa in Witney is recruiting a personable Sales Advisor to join our driven sales team. You will promote sales of Richmond products and services to meet targets, supporting residents and families with a professional, friendly approach.

The role offers a thorough induction and ongoing training, including access to apprenticeships and LinkedIn Learning. DBS check costs (£40) covered by Bupa; numerous benefits and flexible working are available.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales enquiries to maximise sales and occupancy for care home and related services.
• Attend sales meetings with Sales & Marketing team or Village Manager.
• Host client visits and follow up calls to identify referral groups.
• Support development of marketing strategy to support sales.
• Develop and maintain a high local community profile for the Village.
• Maximise profit performance of Village sales to meet/exceed targets.
• Handle admin tasks including budget controls and sales reports.

Job description

Salary range: £12,000 per annum plus OTE/commission

Contract: Part Time 16 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 9am - 5pm with occasional weekend

You'll help us make health happen by:

• Manage sales enquiries to maximise sales and occupancy of the care home, assisted living and independent living, as well as Richmond Retreat bookings
• Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team or the Village Manager
• Host client visits and follow up calls, identifying key referral groups
• Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the sales function
• Develop and maintain a high profile within the local community to promote the Village
• Maximise profit performance of Village sales to meet or exceed targets
• Deal with all relevant admin such as effective budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports
• Above all, you'll show courtesy and respect to residents and relatives at all times.
