Keepmoat Limited in Northampton is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our South Midlands region. The role supports the Commercial Team across standard developments, from procurement through final account, ensuring compliance with company policies.
You will set and monitor budgets, place orders, produce timely reports, forecast material costs, and liaise with subcontractors and site staff to maintain clear communication and strong collaboration.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our South Midlands region. The main base will be from our regional head office inNorthampton, due to the nature of the role it will involve some travel throughout the region. The successful candidate will work as part of the support the Commercial Team; surveying activities on a number of standard developments from the initial procurement phase through to final account in fullcompliance with the company's policies and procedures.
The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in setting, monitoring and delivery of budgets. They will place orders, produce accurate and timely reports for thebusiness, and forecast cost of materials required for our builds. They will liaise with subcontractors, site staff and other departments to ensurecommunication and collaboration is at its highest.
The successful candidate will hold the relevant industry requirements; RICS and a surveying degree or HND.
