Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a tenacious Sales Executive to join our inbound sales team in Greater London. You will qualify warm leads, educate salon partners on Treatwell’s software for operations, and drive revenue through upselling while maintaining exceptional client service.

You’ll run live demos, onboard new partners with support from the training team, and ensure activity is logged in the CRM. English is essential; Vietnamese fluency is also required.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and educate partners on Treatwell offering and the impact of software for salon operations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Run live web-based demos with prospective partners.
• Consult on Treatwell packages to meet partner needs.
• Onboard new partners with the training team.
• Support partners in adopting the software in their first two months using Treatwell Pro.
• Plan daily activities to balance sales meetings and after-sales activity.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Record all activity in the CRM.
