Videographer & Editor

LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for a Videographer & Editor seeking a new challenge within a fast-growing global equestrian company.

We have an ambitious vision and are expanding our 180-strong HQ team to achieve it. You will work alongside Creative and Marketing teams to produce top-tier video content and help establish LeMieux as the leading equestrian brand worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filming and editing high-quality videos for our website, social media (Instagram & TikTok), and other marketing channels
  • Collaborating with our Creative Lead, photographers, assistants, and marketing team to create brand-led visuals from concept through to delivery
  • Shooting both studio and on-location content, including seasonal campaigns and social stories
  • Managing post-production tasks such as editing, sound, music, grading, and motion/typography
  • Staying updated with the latest video styles, editing techniques, and social media trends; proposing innovative ideas
  • Maintaining video equipment and digital asset management systems
  • Traveling for shoots, influencer content days, and events as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven videography and editing experience, preferably in a dynamic brand, agency, or freelance setting
  • Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail from concept to completion
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar), with knowledge of After Effects a plus
  • Ability to produce quick turnaround content to high standards under pressure
  • Confidence directing talent and collaborating with creative teams
  • A passion for creating engaging social media content that resonates with passionate communities
  • Willingness to travel for shoots, including overnight stays
  • Interest in lifestyle, sport, or fashion content; equestrian knowledge is a bonus but not essential
