About the Podcast

Our ethos is all about making meaningful ideas accessible and engaging. We've had the privilege of interviewing inspiring thinkers across psychology, politics, spirituality, and the social sciences. Most of the content is already recorded — now we’re looking for a passionate and creative mind to help shape it into a compelling final product.

The Role

We’re looking for aVolunteer Podcast Editorwith a love for storytelling and an interest in topics like Psychology, Social Sciences, Neuroscience, and Spirituality. You’ll work remotely (Bristol-based preferred), collaborating with our team to bring out the best in our recordings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and arrange podcast episodes for clarity, flow, and engagement
  • Enhance audio quality with sound design, music, and effects
  • Add intros, outros, and advertisements as needed
  • Upload and manage episodes across podcasting platforms
  • Organize audio libraries and support occasional promotional efforts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g. Audacity, Adobe Audition, etc.)
  • Experience with audio effects and basic sound design
  • Great attention to detail and storytelling instincts
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with podcast platforms and RSS feeds
  • Bonus: previous experience editing podcasts or working in media production
