The Role: Senior Video Editor

As the Senior Video Editor at KindWiseRich, you’ll be shaping our visual storytelling and transforming raw footage into polished, impactful content that makes waves across platforms.

What You Will You Do?

• Edit and Elevate: Create compelling video content that aligns with our mission, enhancing our message and captivating our audience.
• Collaborate and Create: Partner with the Head of Production and Content team to craft seamless visual narratives for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
• Innovate and Experiment: Explore new storytelling techniques and push boundaries in video editing.
• Streamline Production: Use tools like ClickUp, Envato, and Adobe Premiere Pro to keep projects efficient, consistent, and top-quality.
• Feedback Loop: Leverage audience insights and analytics to refine and optimize video content.

• Transparency About Compensation. When KindWiseRich begins to monetize, our first priorities will be reinvesting in growth, paying taxes, and building a sustainable model. Only then will we start compensating our team members. While the first wave of compensation might be modest, we have a clear roadmap to grow KindWiseRich into a platform with millions of followers and greater financial rewards for everyone involved. But we want to be upfront—it will take time, and we can’t promise it will happen overnight.
