Who We Seek
PromoterMotor seeks a professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, strategy, and content creation, especially with Google Ads. This person should have a proven track record of developing engaging educational content, particularly in webinars or online courses. In addition, the candidate must have a passion for empowering businesses and nonprofits through digital marketing, have excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate an eagerness to keep up with the latest trends in digital advertising and Google Ads.
Responsibilities
PromoterMotor seeks hands-on marketers to:
* Design and develop a comprehensive digital marketing webinar series
* Create engaging weekly content and presentations on digital marketing
* Identify and incorporate emerging trends and best practices in digital advertising into the webinars
* Adapt content to address various industry needs and nonprofit challenges
* Transform webinar content into a cohesive book manuscript
* Collaborate with team members to ensure content quality and consistency
* Track and analyze webinar performance metrics to continuously improve the series
* Keep a strong, transparent relationship with the company owner, including thoroughly maintaining data in our documents and CRM, communicating progress to us, and updating our contacts
Activities/Duties
* Develop a weekly plan for the webinar series, including topics and key learning objectives
* Act as the primary creator and curator of webinar content, ensuring it is engaging and relevant
* Collaborate with team members to design high-quality presentations and interactive materials
* Research and incorporate the latest trends in digital marketing, Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, and mushroom related topics into the webinars
* Maintain a well-organized system for tracking progress, content drafts, and project milestones
* Take detailed notes on audience feedback to refine content and improve future sessions
* Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in meeting deadlines
* Approach challenges with a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members
* Review the quality of webinar materials regularly to ensure they meet our high standards and align with the project’s goals
You will enhance your expertise in digital marketing by designing and delivering a comprehensive webinar series. You’ll learn to conduct in-depth research on various industries and target audiences to tailor content effectively. As you develop the series, you’ll gain valuable experience creating engaging educational materials, managing audience interactions, and transforming webinar content into a book manuscript. Our commitment to leveraging the latest technological tools will allow you to focus on strategic and creative tasks that showcase your expertise. You’ll also hone your skills in analysis, content optimization, and performance tracking to continuously improve the webinar series and provide maximum value to participants.
*Note: We are currently interviewing applicants to join the team on a limited basis and with the opportunity to do more as our client base grows. The time commitment for this position is expected to start at about 12-20 hours per week, with more billable work becoming available over time. Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, and Google Ads
* Proven success in creating engaging webinar content and educational materials
* Experience in developing and delivering online courses or webinar series
* Strong knowledge of Google Ad Grants and their applications for nonprofits
* Familiar with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, etc.)
* Highly proficient in English grammar and writing
* Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
* Proficiency in webinar platforms (OBS preferred), CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred), and content creation software
* Experience in rewriting educational content into a book
* Have a home office environment conducive to productivity and experience working in a virtual office, including, but not limited to, a reliable high-speed internet connection, a headset for conference calls, and a decent computer
* Ability and unwavering willingness to serve all constituencies without bias (including, without limitation, bias based on race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin)
Preferred Skills That You Already Know or Are Willing to Learn:
* Experience in designing and managing educational series or courses
* Ability to create engaging, interactive content that resonates with diverse audiences
* Background in digital marketing strategy and Google Ads campaign management
* Skill in adapting content for different learning styles and industry needs
* Experience in book writing or long-form content creation
* Familiarity with emerging trends in digital advertising and marketing technology

Compensation
As a company, we are both expanding and deepening our services. As we expand our team, there will be opportunities to advance, change, and/or specialize. There are no travel requirements currently, though we may offer travel options in the future.
This is a 1099 position. Persons paid on a 1099 basis are independent contractors and are self-employed. Independent contractors must pay all self-employment taxes (Social Security & Medicare) and income tax. Contractors must arrange their own healthcare coverage; generally, you can get better coverage for yourself if you shop around. Check HealthCare.gov, local insurance brokers, and other resources you can find online.
