Job summary

Victim Support in Dorset is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of victim services across Dorset, Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole. The role is full time, hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in the Boscombe office and regular regional travel.

You will oversee performance, drive service development, and manage a team. A strong background in safeguarding, partnership work, and data reporting is essential for success in this role.

• Ability to analyse data and produce reports
• Understanding of government policy relating to victims and the Criminal Justice System

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor service performance against KPIs and business plans.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
• Analyse data and produce reports to inform service improvements.
• Support strategic projects and represent Victim Support externally as required.
