Job summary

Catch22 invites applications for a Victim Care Coordinator role supporting victims across Greater Manchester. You will be the primary contact throughout the victim’s journey, assessing needs, tailoring support plans, and coordinating with partners to deliver emotional and practical assistance.

The role requires experience with vulnerable people, safeguarding knowledge, clear written and verbal communication, and a UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with or supporting vulnerable people, either paid, voluntary, or personal experience.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and safeguarding principles.
• Good verbal and written communication for documenting casework evidence.
• Basic IT skills and daily use of systems for administrative duties and reporting.
• Non-judgmental and non-discriminatory approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective interventions to support victims, over the phone or in-person.
• Report caseload to leadership and ensure data is collected and recorded.
• Engage with partnerships and represent Catch22 in community events.
• Lead in a specialist area and build expertise while coordinating with teams.
