Job summary

Barclays is seeking an Intelligence Sharing Implementation Manager (VP) to support the global rollout of intelligence sharing capabilities. You will work within the Financial Intelligence Unit, collaborating with the Intelligence & Investigations delivery team under the Integrated Financial Crime program.

You will be a key contact providing subject matter expertise on intelligence and investigations, partnering with program analysts and business stakeholders to enable systems and controls that

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in financial crime including understanding of global laws, rules and regulations.
• Ability to interpret policies and standards and translate into practical processes and controls.
• Experience implementing frameworks, processes, and operating models.
• Leading multi-year change programs for a large financial institution.
• General knowledge of Barclays businesses, products and services.
• Strong risk and control mindset with risk and issue management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into alleged violations of policies, regulations or laws.
• Coordinate collaboration with program teams, business units and intelligence functions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on intelligence and investigations.
• Develop and deliver training on compliance issues and ethical conduct.
• Create and maintain governance narratives, MI and reporting for stakeholders.
