Insight Global are seeking a VP, CLO Client Operations for a leading financial services organisation based in London.

The VP, CLO Client Operations will oversee the end-to-end servicing of a portfolio of CLO transactions, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery across reporting, compliance monitoring, cash management, and operational activities. The successful candidate will coordinate reporting cycles, review compliance tests and covenant calculations, investigate operational exceptions, and support key transaction lifecycle events including refinancings, redemptions, warehouse facilities, and deal terminations. This role also plays a key part in driving operational excellence, process improvements, and automation initiatives across the business.

This is a permanent position and requires 4 days onsite out of the client's office in London, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day servicing of CLO transactions and client portfolios
• Serve as the primary escalation point for clients and operational issues
• Coordinate monthly reporting and compliance monitoring activities
• Review covenant calculations, compliance tests, and reporting outputs

Must-Have Requirements Include:

• Strong experience in CLO/CDO administration and servicing
• Deep understanding of CLO structures, cash waterfalls, compliance reporting, trustee operations, and transaction lifecycle management
• Proven ability to independently manage CLO portfolios and client relationships from inception through ongoing servicing
• Experience analysing complex operational issues and interpreting legal documentation
• Ability to investigate and resolve reconciliation, reporting, and compliance-related exceptions
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high levels of client service
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
