Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in CLO/CDO servicing and accountability.
• Deep understanding of CLO structures, cash waterfalls, compliance reporting.
• Proven ability to manage CLO portfolios and client relationships end-to-end.
• Experience analyzing complex operational issues and interpreting legal documents.
• Strong reconciliation, reporting, and exception resolution skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day servicing of CLO transactions and client portfolios.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for clients and operational issues.
• Coordinate monthly reporting and compliance monitoring activities.
• Review covenant calculations, compliance tests, and reporting outputs.
• Support transaction lifecycle events including warehouse facilities, refinancings, redemptions, and terminations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through automation and technology solutions.
• Contribute to the development of scalable operating models and continuous improvement initiatives.
