Job summary

Dianaduggan is seeking an experienced Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO), Funds & Loan Operations Associate to support onboarding, administration and ongoing management of CLO and leveraged loan portfolios in Manchester. The role blends knowledge of loan documentation with a strong emphasis on process improvement, automation, and data quality.

The position involves working in a hybrid setup (Manchester City Centre 4 days a week and WFH 1 day), collaborating with portfolio managers, trustees

Qualifications

• Experience with CLO onboarding, administration and leveraged loans.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated loan documentation and market standard forms (LMA/LSTA).
• Ability to drive automation, data analytics and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate loan documentation to support asset onboarding and portfolio management.
• Manage loan administration across portfolios ensuring accurate positions, settlements, cashflows and reference data.
• Support CLO warehouse facilities including funding requests and investor reporting.
• Oversee operational workflows with adherence to controls and escalation protocols.
• Utilise loan administration platforms (Solvas, Loan IQ, Polaris) to manage workflows.
• Lead process improvement initiatives leveraging automation and analytics to increase efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO), Funds & Loan Operations Associate to support the onboarding, administration, and ongoing management of CLO and leveraged loan portfolios.

The role combines deep knowledge of syndicated loan documentation, structured credit products, and loan operations with a strong focus on process improvement, automation, and data quality.

• Location: Hybrid - Manchester City Centre 4 days a week and WFH 1 day a week

Key Accountabilities

• Review and validate loan documentation, including LMA and LSTA agreements, to support asset onboarding and portfolio management.
• Manage loan administration activities across portfolios, ensuring accurate maintenance of positions, settlements, cashflows, and reference data.
• Support CLO warehouse facilities, including funding requests, portfolio reporting, and investor reporting requirements.
• Perform quality assurance and oversight of operational workflows, ensuring adherence to controls, procedures, and escalation protocols.
• Utilise loan administration platforms such as Solvas, Loan IQ or Polaris,
• Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, AI, and data analytics to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Work closely with portfolio managers, trustees, lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders to support day-to-day portfolio operations.
