Job summary

Mason Blake in London seeks an Operations Senior Associate to support private credit investment activity across multiple strategies. This broad, end-to-end role owns the transaction lifecycle from trade capture through to settlement and maturity, coordinating with Investment, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the full operational lifecycle of transactions: trade capture, confirmations, margining, reconciliations, and settlements
• Act as the central point of coordination across Investment, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external providers
• Oversee the fund administrator, reviewing outputs and resolving breaks
• Manage daily treasury: cash management, funding movements, cash flow projections
• Produce daily and periodic MIS, including P&L and liquidity reporting
• Own and develop the firm's portfolio management system and market data
• Identify and lead process improvements and automation opportunities
• Support or lead operational projects, system enhancements, and onboarding of new strategies

The role

This is a broad, end-to-end Operations role supporting the firm's investment activity across multiple strategies. The successful candidate will take ownership of transaction lifecycle management from trade capture through to settlement and maturity, working closely with Investment, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external providers to keep everything running accurately and on time.
