Zusammenfassung

Willmott Dixon is recruiting a Vetting Coordinator to join the London & East team based in Hitchin. You will manage day-to-day vetting administration for employees, contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring processes comply with UKSV and government standards.

Working with the Vetting Manager, you will progress BPSS checks, assess NSV clearance eligibility, and maintain accurate case files while liaising with stakeholders. A clear path to SC would be supported with access to vetting databases.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in admin/case management within secure or regulated sectors.
• Willingness to obtain national security clearance (SC minimum).
• Strong attention to detail handling sensitive data.
• Good organisation and time-management to manage multiple cases.
• Confident communication with candidates, employees and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Process and track BPSS checks for new starters with accurate documentation.
• Assess eligibility for NSV clearance and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Conduct BPSS checks and prepare cases for Vetting Manager approval.
• Support NSV applications (CTC, SC, DV) under direction of Vetting Manager.
• Maintain vetting database with clearance status and expiry dates.
• Liaise with candidates and staff to collect and verify documents.
• Act as daily contact for vetting queries, escalating sensitive cases.
