As a Business Administrator Team Lead, you will be managing a small team working in a Vetting & Compliance role within our People Operations Team. You will be responsible for the pre-employment screenings of new starters and managing our internal vetting requirements. You will work closely with our Recruitment and Account Management Teams, providing regular updates and ensuring that vetting is completed accurately in line with our requirements. You will build and maintain relationships with our screening vendor to improve productivity and monitor SLAs.
This will be a high-volume administrative role with a particular focus on compliance. Therefore, we require a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
