We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Team Managerto oversee and deliver high-quality healthcare services within police custodysettings. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strongleadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for ensuring patient care indiverse and demanding circumstances.
About the Role
As the Clinical Team Manager, you will seamlessly integrateoperational leadership with hands-on clinical duties, ensuring outstanding carefor individuals in police custody. This full-time role offers a dynamicschedule of 7.5-hour shifts across 7 days, supporting a fast-paced service.Success in this role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability torespond to evolving demands in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Clinical Work:
You will have experience of workingwith vulnerable groups and / or in a health and Justice setting.
A strong sense of leadership andleading by example to uphold the Trust values and behaviours is a must.
We activelyencourage ongoing professional development within the service remit.
This role requiresfull police vetting, and it is essential that you can travel independentlyacross the area and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.
